Planning your wedding day is one of the most exciting times of your life. I can still remember the notebook by the side of the bed, the lever arch file full of scrap cuttings, the excel spreadsheets and the constant thoughts going around your brain thinking have I sorted this or that out?
While lots of the arrangements are fun and fairly easy, let me tell you about one of my biggest headaches leading up to our wedding, our Order of Service. We decided to have a lovely handmade one from a very well-known website and ended up paying £400 for what was a very average order of service!! Then I had to get printed menus, timings of the day, song sheets for the choir…..the list went on and on.
This was my light bulb moment, why am I designing and printing all of this when it should be in one place for all my guests? Why not have a magazine/ programme that my guests can have throughout the day and then keep forever? Something bespoke about us.
Boom…. Biggest Day was born.
